Insurance Claims
If a storm damages your home, you need the help of an experienced team of home restoration specialists to ensure your property is fully restored back to it's original condition. Our staff members have 20+ years of experience identifying hail damage and other storm-related damage to roofs and home exteriors. J & B Roofing LLC will work closely with your insurance company during the entire claims process.
We make the claims process simple:
1. Schedule an appointment with J & B Roofing LLC.
2. If storm damage is present, we will provide an estimate for you to submit to your insurance agent.
3. After your insurance company processes your claim, they will send an adjuster out to verify there is storm damage present and provide their own estimate. It is common for the estimates not to match exactly- if this happens, please contact J & B Roofing LLC and we will work with the adjuster to finalize the details.
4. Once details are finalized, your insurance company will issue a check for repairs. This is when J & B Roofing LLC can start your repairs or installation.
5. After J & B Roofing LLC has completed all work, we will send you and your insurance company an invoice. Your insurance company should send you a second check once our work is done, and then you can forward payments to us to take care of your invoice.
